walk to the "Palais de Festival," making it a perfect lodging
location for conference attendees, while for all guests it is also
close to local shops and restaurants.
The apartment has a large balcony overlooking a
central garden, which makes dining al fresco a very pleasant and
memorable experience. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with all
necessary appliances and a large window onto the balcony.
The bedroom is situated on the mezzanine, and
has a comfortable double bed. The living room has a large comfy
sofa that becomes a double bed, suitable for two.
In the shower room you will also find a washing
machine for your convenience.
Payment Terms: 25% of full amount is to
be paid on reservation of the booking as a deposit. The full
amount is to be paid directly into the bank 4 weeks before
arrival. The deposit of 500 Euros is to be handed in at the time
of check-in as guarantee, this will be returned on the day of
departure.
