The balcony overlooks private gardens and enjoys both afternoon and evening sun. Balcony is accessed from either living room or kitchen and is equipped with a retractable awning for shade.

The pull-out bed is top of the range and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with gas & electric hobs, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, kettle and full array of cooking utensils/pots/pans and dishes.
