Santa Barbara I is an economically priced, contemporarily
styled, 320ft² (30m²) efficiency apartment located in a private,
gated community on
La Croix des Gardes, a quiet hillside residential area of
Cannes.
The apartment is available year-round, weekly, monthly, or short-term,
and sleeps up to four persons. It is fully furnished and equipped, ready-for-use,
and includes linens,
utilities, parking, shared pool and
secure access. There are beautifully landscaped gardens that are professionally maintained with a wonderful
variety of native flowering plants. The apartment has a large
balcony with a sea view of the Golfe de la
Napoule in Cannes.
The beach is a 10-minute walk. The Croisette and Palais
des Festivals/Old Port are about a 7-minute drive. You can
also use either of two bus stops at the bottom of the hill from
the apartment, a five minute walk: "Le
Méridien" or "Château de l'Étoile",
Bus #'s 02 or 09 go to the Hôtel de Ville (city hall).
The # 09 bus also goes to the train station.
The A8 Autoroute is nearby
to quickly and
easily travel up or down the coast; from
Italy,
45 minutes to the east, to St. Tropez
in the west. Or you head north, into the Provençal
back country...the "arriere pays"!
A separate full-size bed sleeps two, and a combination living/dining room with a pull-out
convertible couch can also sleep two.
The living/dining room opens to a spacious balcony with sea view
offering a wonderful opportunity for
enjoy outdoor dining and relaxation.
A kitchenette adjoins the living/dining room area and is
equipped with a combination microwave/convection oven, hob,
coffee-maker, small refrigerator freezer, basic dishes, spices,
utensils, etc.
Rate includes utilities, linens, TV (French only), radio/CD
player, books and games,
parking,
gated entry, and shared pool (first week of May through Sep).

Owners require a completed Rental Agreement with
your initial Reservation Payment. Property keys and instructions
are provided 45 days in advance of arrival following receipt of Final Rental Payment, $65 Set-up/Prep fee, and
$200 security/damage deposit
(refundable).
