The town is fortunate to have a historic centre, sheltered by its rampart of village houses, conserving its charm. It is delightful to visit, and has been beautifully restored and maintained. Valbonne is characterized by ochre stone house-fronts, pastel shutters, porches smothered in vines and exuberant bougainvilleas, doors with lintels decorated with the emblems of penitents and journeymen, and everywhere you turn there are small restaurants with tables in the street, shaded by the historic old houses. Payment Terms: Security deposit of EUR 750 must be paid directly upon arrival to us or 4 weeks in advance by bank transfer. You will receive the security deposit back upon departure when paid in cash or by bank transfer if paid by bank.

  • End of stay cleaning : EUR 120,00 (via house keeper)
  • Child seat and one child bed (camping bed) available in the house.
  • Security deposit must be paid at arrival: EUR 750
  • NO Pets allowed
  • Maximum 6 people allowed to stay in the house

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to arrival date: 35% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations within 8 weeks prior to arrival date: 100% cancellation fee

In case you wish to close a cancellation insurance, we advise you to do this at your local insurance agent.

Arrival and departure times:

  • Arrival - Saturday, between 16.00 and 19.00 hrs (4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.)
  • Departure - Saturday, before 10.00 hrs (10:00 A.M.)

Languages: Owners speak English, French, and Dutch. This is a principal residence, so is available for rental only during the summer holidays.
