This beautiful, recently renovated, air-conditioned, three-bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of the famous rue d'Antibes in Central Cannes, and just 200 meters from the beach and a 10-minute stroll to the Palais des Festivals. Directly close-by are designer boutiques, bars and many popular restaurants - all on your doorstep. The train and bus stations are also just a few minutes walk, as are the local public markets Gambetta and Forville.

This 970ft2 (90m2) apartment is located on the third and fourth floors of a newly renovated 19th century building on rue d'Antibes, and is serviced by a modern elevator and up-to-date security system. The apartment has been tastefully furnished throughout to a very high standard. 

The entrance hall opens into a bright and airy open plan lounge/dining room with a corner American-style kitchen, fully-equipped with all standard equipment including fridge, hob and oven, microwave, tableware and a washing machine.

This three-bedroom, two-bath apartment readily and comfortably sleeps eight. There is a large main bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together as a double, with ensuite and separate WC/cloakroom. The upper level provides two additional bedrooms with three single beds in each - two of which can be pushed together as doubles, and a large bathroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with baths and overhead showers. Altogether there are eight beds - not including sofas. All bed linens and towels are provided, and a baby crib is available on request.

The apartment is also fully air-conditioned and equipped for congress participants with a large screen plasma television with satellite viewing, PlayStation 3 (PS3) game station with Blu-ray Disc (BD) and DVD player, iPod docking station, a printer-scanner-photocopier, WiFi broadband connection, and telephone. All calls to European landlines are provided free-of-charge.

This apartment offers all of the modern amenities you need, along with quick and easy access to local public transportation, the convenience of local shops and restaurants, adjacency to the Croisette, Palais, and beaches.  Everything you need is easily within reach.
