Normally occupied by the owner, this property is not suitable for children and is available on request for limited times only, specifically corporate clients during convention periods, and longer winter lets for those seeking to escape the rigors of harsh Northern winter climates.

Accordingly, you can enjoy the comfortable ambience of a genuine luxury Riviera home that is well maintained by the owner. The sophisticated décor is a tasteful blend of contemporary and oriental styles, and well stocked with household and catering essentials. There is a working bar stock, which you are welcome to use and settle informally upon departure.

The large, modern apartment has two comfortable bedroom suites, with the option for using the third bedroom suite. The property can be offered at the less expensive 2-bedroom option. It is 120 m² (1300 ft²) and has 52m² (560 ft²) of veranda and patio to enjoy the outdoors. It occupies three sides of the building, and takes up a full third of the top floor with only a penthouse unit above. It has 270º of open vista and commands panoramic sea and coastal views extending from the Bay of Cannes and Lérin Islands, to the Bay of La Napoule and the Esterel Massif. All rooms, plus kitchen, enjoy views through double glazed sliding doors, which lead to verandas or patios. The ambience is fresh, bright and tranquil by day or night. This executive apartment includes many features:

A 7-night minimum stay is required YEAR ROUND.
