Description Your Property

Use this sample template to provide a narrative description of your property. We are here to help if you have questions or need assistance, anytime - day or night!  This template that is used for 12-months, 12-photos conveys to customers an overall portrayal of your property and can include a description of the location, access, grounds, interior, exterior, style, as well as an access to your own personal webpage, in the event you have one. You know your property best, so be creative and list all of the reasons why you believe someone else would want to use your property. How is your apartment or villa furnished, how many persons can you accommodate; are utilities included, is there a telephone, what restrictions, etc. Do your provide linens, parking, and secure access. If you have a pool is it private or is it shared with others. Describe the grounds; are there trees, shrubs, palms, shaded walks. Are you close to shops and restaurants or a park or beach. Do you greet your guests. Is there a balcony, patio, or garden. Do you have an ocean or garden view. Is it a quiet rural setting or are you in the city near convenient public transportation. Look at your property from your guest's perspective and use your imagination and creativity to convey to them the value of your offer.

Describe Local Activities

Describe the type of activities your city, town or the nearest village offers your guests. Check your local Michelin Green Guide if you are not sure. Do you know of local treks or city walking tours. Are there horseback riding, para-sailing, water skiing or other activities nearby. How about a car rally, bike race, or other competitive events. Think about local museums, historical memorials, or other sites your guests may wish to visit. Maybe a local winery, or perhaps a local cooking class. Several of our guests have asked us about regional cooking classes and local family-owned restaurants. Is there an art gallery near you, or maybe art classes offered. Think about your village market. How frequent is it. Can your guest find local fruits, vegetables, and flowers in the market. How about antiques, or clothing. Are there gift shops nearby. Many guests look for souvenirs, herbes de provence and other regional items to take home. Maybe you have local re-enactments, parades, or festivals. What towns are nearby such as Antibes, Eze, Gourdon, Juan le Pins, Vence, St. Paul de Vence, etc.

Property Amenities

Our fully-furnished property can sleep up to ___ persons. We are close to public transportation and can also provide pick-up and drop-off to Nice International Airport. Property amenities include:

  • Two separate full-size beds to sleep four
  • Combination living/dining room with a pull-out couch that will sleep an additional two persons
  • Large terrace with outdoor grill
  • Two spacious bathrooms with full-size tub or shower
  • Fully furnished kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee-maker,  refrigerator - freezer, dishes, spices, utensils, etc.
