detached villa was completed in 1999 to the highest standards. The
villa sleeps eight, and is lovely, clean and bright with cool floor tiles, comfortable modern furniture, a private swimming pool and garden,
and magnificent views throughout of Cannes and the
Mediterranean.
The villa is in the northern part of Cannes in
adjacent Le Cannet, and is accessed by a private road. It is
approximately 100 meters above sea-level, and about a 1-3/4 mile
drive from
the Palais du Festivals.
The villa has many extras and includes garden,
patio, pool, parking, BBQ, roof terrace, TV, DVD and video player
(UK/PAL), music-center for CD's and tapes.
The modern American-style kitchen has a washing
machine, cooker, hob, large fridge/freezer and French doors
opening to patio, pool and garden.
This property is also an ideal location for
business colleagues and associates for the many exhibitions and
holidays held at the Palais.
Rates include "meet and greet" service by a
local English-speaking agent upon arrival and departure, gas,
electricity, heating, hot and cold water as used, three-hours
cleaning each Saturday, garden and pool maintenance/cleaning as
necessary.
